Former Michigan House Speaker Chuck Perricone told me on the air this morning he'd be shocked if Michigan Governor Rick Snyder was not being vetted as a VP running mate for Mitt Romney. GOP Party chair Bobby Schostak suggested there was truth to the rumor and that Snyder would be a viable choice since Michigan is a "comeback state." The Governor's Chief of Staff Dennis Muchmore told me "I'd be surprised if the governor did that." (But didn't say "no.")
